MIE Labs and JVD Inc. announced that they have agreed to cooperate on several strategic levels. Under the terms of the agreement, MIE Labs will have access to JVD's Silicon Valley based technical design resources, and back end services, giving MIE Labs a greater range of design skills from which to support its growing demand for Analog IC designs. The Agreement not only gives MIE Labs access to the JVD's design resources, but also a physical presence on the West Coast that expands the company's portfolio of skills and capabilities. The agreement also positions MIE Labs to partner with JVD for back end services including wafer fabrication, wafer test, assembly and final test of the finished IC products.
